Order your tickets

  • When you arrive at the Carousel at Pottstown, there will be a check-in table.  We have not sent out tickets but your name will be on the list.
  • Doors open at 6:00 PM and the first race is scheduled to begin at 6:30
  • Race tickets are $5 each and there will be 10 races. If you wish to bet on all 10 races, you will need to purchase 10 tickets.
  • Please bring cash for the purchase of race tickets and the Wine Pull.  This will make it easier to pay out the race winners if we have cash.
  • You will put your ticket into the bucket that corresponds with the horse on the Carousel that you think (hope) will win.
  • The horse that is in between the poles held by the staff is the winning horse. If no horse is between the poles, the winning horse will be the last horse that went past the poles.
  • One ticket from the bucket of the winning horse will be the winner.
  • The amount of winning depends on how many people put tickets in the winning horse’s bucket.  If there are 10 tickets, the prize is $50.  The minimum prize will be $25.
  • Each race will be started and ended by the staff of the Carousel.
  • There will be limited time between races to purchase tickets if you do not purchase them when you enter.  We suggest purchasing them when you arrive.

Wine Pull $25

When you purchase you wine pull, you will pull a number out of a bucket.  This number corresponds with a bottle of wine, which is now your wine. All wine bottles will be in wine bags so you will not know what wine that you win until you pull it.  The wines range from $15-$50 a bottle.  There was a challenge to see how many times I could type wine in this paragraph.

Hors‘d oeuvres are being provided by the Pottstown High School Culinary Arts program.  There will be iced tea, lemonade and water.  You may bring your own food and drinks in to the event if you choose.

Thank you for supporting the Foundation for Pottstown Education.
