Pottstown High School Cross Country Team was able to participate in a training camp this past summer thanks to donation provided by the Foundation for Pottstown Education. Twenty five athletes and two of their coaches attended Camp Canadensis in the Poconos spending four days training, kayaking, rock climbing and accumulating more than 30 miles of running. It was not all work and no fun as the athletes and coaches participated in your typical camp experiences like campfires and a talent show. This is the second year that funding was provided for the Cross Country Team through a donor to the Foundation.
